Actually, at The Bridge, we call it Uth Ministry.
Our Uth Ministry is the place to connect for youth from 6th grade to 12th grade.
Like all of ministries at The Bridge, we seek to provide an age appropriate learning environment and for youth that means a place where they can begin to stretch their legs and make the faith their own and not just a hand-me-down version of their parents faith. That means creating a safe environment where youth can ask questions, a place where they can serve, and a place where they can have fun. The Bridge Uth do all of these things.
Weekly Meeting Times:
During the school year the Uth gather on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30 to study, fellowship, snack, and play.
Several times a semester the Uth will also take part in volunteer projects like packing food boxes with Feeding America or serving at the local soup kitchen. There are also fun events like pool parties in the summer, Christian concerts, and all-night lock-ins. Since missions and outreach are so important to The Bridge, our Uth also try to participate in a local or international mission trip once every other year.
