Our Leadership Team
Our model of church leadership is based on Ephesians 4:11-13. We believe leaders are “given” to the church for the purpose of equipping Jesus’ followers to do ministry. We are all on mission together. Our leadership team consists of a bi-vocational pastoral staff, Community Group leaders, and ministry-area coordinators.
Decentralized Ministry
It is the commitment of The Bridge to be a relational place where all believers have the opportunity to join in the mission. The role of our pastoral staff in this is to be bi-vocational. This means that staff members and ministry overseers will seek employment outside the church for a portion of their financial needs. This is a strategic, missional choice.
